Happy third week of Pride! To continue with the rainbow theme for the month, this week we are making rainbow smoothies! This smoothie can be as a healthy snack or as a meal on the go. You can even make rainbow popsicles with the leftovers. Pour the leftover smoothie mixtures into popsicle molds and freeze overnight for delicious treat for a hot summer day. Enjoy!
