Happy Sukkot! If you built your sukkah this year, I hope it was hassle-free. I remember my dad would help build the giant sukkah at my temple when I was younger. He would always come home with funny stories about the challenges they would face while building it. It is certainly not the easiest task. During Sukkot, it’s customary to eat in the sukkah. With the fall season upon us, I have the perfect recipe to feel all of the fall and harvest energy.
Pumpkin chai cupcakes are the perfect way to start bringing in the fall energy. I think I am pulled to this recipe because my all-time favorite fall drink is an iced chai with pumpkin cold foam at Starbucks. Yes, I know, this is very basic. However, it is every single flavor of fall in one! So, of course, I needed to make these cupcakes to see if it lives up to my expectations. I will tell you these cupcakes did not disappoint! You need to try this!
