It’s Fathers Day weekend! Do you know what that means? Everyone is having the ultimate barbecue to show all of their appreciation for the father figures in their life! Are you panicking about what to make on the side to knock this Father’s Day out of the park?
I believe that a meal is only as good as its side dishes. That rule doesn’t go away for a barbecue. We want to have the most well-rounded meal to impress the dads. Salads are a great side to keep us feeling fresh during a heavy meal. However, sometimes all I want during a barbecue is corn!
Oven-roasted corn is an excellent side to pair with all of your barbecue favorites. You can season it in any way that matches your flavor palette. I like mine with a little bit of garlic and salt, but you can add a kick of spice if you’d like to. Either way, I’m positive that the dads will love it! Happy Father’s Day!
