As I’m preparing to return to Buffalo this week, I’ve been craving some of the food that Buffalo is famous for! To celebrate my return to Buffalo, this week we are making Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower! This twist on Buffalo Wings is sure to be a crowd pleaser. It’s a great appetizer, snack, or it can be a whole meal.
