With graduations in the air, it is time we graduate on to a different type of food… sauces! While creating a sauce typically elicits feelings of nervousness and cooking-imposter syndrome, as we enter summer 2021 I believe it is time we conquer our fears and begin to create sauces. This spicy zhug looks divine, and it calls for relatively basic ingredients. You will absolutely impress your guests, but most importantly, yourself! Using coriander seed in a recipe basically means you are a michelin star chef– I may have just made that up but I stand by it nonetheless.
