To prepare for summer, we’re making cookies inspired by the iconic summer dessert: S’mores! These cookies are loaded with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs to give you all the delicious flavors of s’mores packed into a cookie.

For this recipe, you will need flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and milk chocolate candy bars. The recipe also provides instructions on how to store the cookie dough if we want to wait to bake the cookies and how to make all the cookies the same size. Enjoy you s’mores cookies!
