Today, we shine a spotlight on the father-and-son team of Roger and Max Schapiro, the leaders behind Schapiro Insurance Agency. North Buffalo native Roger Schapiro founded the business in Clarence in 1993, and his son Max, now 28, joined him three years ago.

Their business philosophy is simple: stay small enough to provide personalized service while leveraging the support of top-tier insurance carriers. “We pride ourselves on helping customers identify their insurance needs and providing them with great coverage options,” says Max.

For Roger and Max, working together has been deeply rewarding. “Carrying on the family business and remaining a community staple is important to me,” says Max.
