Eggs can be cooked in so many different ways. You could probably go two weeks without repeating the way that you cooked an egg. One of my favorite ways to have eggs is in shakshuka. Shakshuka is typically made with poached eggs, a spicy tomato sauce, and a variety of vegetables.
Sometimes, it is fun to shake things up and make things in a non-traditional way. This spin on shakshuka goes green. Don’t worry, just because it is green does not mean that it won’t be spicy. There is plenty of spice left in this dish with all of the delicious chilies you add. It is also okay if you don’t like your food too spicy. One of the best things about cooking is that you get to make it the way YOU like it! If you have never had shakshuka before, now is the time to try it! Have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
