As summer comes to an end, you may find some leftover seasonal produce and not know what to do. I am all about using up leftovers and not letting anything go to waste. Take your seasonal produce and turn it into a culinary masterpiece.
Farmer’s market pasta is the perfect way to use up your summer vegetables. It is like the “everything but the kitchen sink” pasta dish. You can throw in the corn, summer squash, tomatoes, and all that jazz. Just pick your favorite pasta shape and add the vegetables, garlic, oil, and cheese. I am personally a fan of penne, but you can use any shape.
Rather than letting your seasonal vegetables go bad and throw them out, put them to good use. This is a really easy recipe to make and it is a pasta dish that is guilt-free. Sometimes pasta can feel really heavy, but this dish will leave you feeling fresh and energized! Try farmer’s market pasta now!
