Cold Sesame Pasta Salad

This week, I am feeling inspired by Hillel of Buffalo for the infamous Nosh of the Week. On Thursday evening, Logan and Zoe at Hillel hosted an Asian inspired cooking class for college students. We indulged in miso matzo ball soup, homemade sushi, ginger ice cream, and sesame pasta salad!

My favorite dish of the evening was the sesame pasta salad. As a chilled salad that requires very little work, this is the perfect dish for your family. Something that I love about this recipe in particular is that the flavor gets better with time. If you let it sit in the dressing for a day or two before service, the flavors will come shining through.

I already plan on making this for when my family comes up to visit me this semester. I think you should give it a try too! Looking ahead, this could be a great salad to serve at your summer and spring barbecues!
