Chai is one of my favorite fall flavors. And as Thanksgiving approaches, I wanted to find a recipe that incorporates chai into a dessert that is perfect for the season. That is why this week we are making brown butter chai sugar cookies!

These cookies are like snickerdoodle cookies but are made with chai spices instead. These spices are cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. So make sure that your spice cabinet is fully stocked before you bake these cookies. Enjoy your brown butter chai sugar cookies!
