One of my favorite snacks of all time is Oreos. These delicious sandwich cookies come in many unique flavors, but the original chocolate cookies with vanilla cream filling will always reign supreme. That’s why this week we are making Oreo cheesecake!

To make Oreo cheesecake, you will need Oreo cookies, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, chocolate chips, and heavy cream. While the process for making the cheesecake does not take very long, the cheesecake needs to chill in the refrigerator for about six hours or overnight. Just before you want to serve, you can make a chocolate ganache topping for the cheesecake. The cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for five days or can be tightly wrapped and stored in the freezer for several months. Enjoy your Oreo cheesecake!
