This week, we are excited to spotlight and celebrate Federation team member Marcy Sikorski, who was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Finance at the Buffalo Jewish Federation.

Marcy joined Federation in January 2021 as our Accounts Receivable & Donor Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Manager of Finance and Data. In her new position, Marcy will continue the critical work she already leads, while also taking on an expanded portfolio focused on finance and technology, further strengthening our operational and data systems.

In addition to her work at Federation, Marcy serves as the bookkeeper for Hillel of Buffalo, bringing a strong background in financial management and data systems to both organizations. She is known for her attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and commitment to accuracy, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

When she’s not balancing budgets or analyzing data, Marcy enjoys all things Disney and spending time with her family in Hamburg.
