If you have ever attended Shabbat at the University of Wisconsin Chabad with me (which I don’t think any of you have, but let’s pretend we all have gone together), you know that I go there with one main dish in mind: cold sesame noodles. The ability of these noodles to simultaneously refresh and delight my taste buds and stomach is truly a culinary marvel. With that in mind, you can understand my excitement as I stumbled upon this Cold Sesame Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables Recipe. I just had to share it with all of you!
The recipe has a lot of steps and ingredients, but the process itself is fairly simple. You make the chicken, the vegetables, the sauce, then combine. It is a perfect spring treat, a Shabbat side dish, or even a random weekday lunch. I hope you enjoy as much as I do, as I will always look at my college experience with fondness for cold sesame noodles.
