PJ PEER (PJ Library Parent Engagement & Empowerment Resources) is a FREE innovative program designed to foster a vibrant network of micro-communities among parents raising young Jewish children throughout the Buffalo area. This initiative aims to empower parents to create engaging, welcoming, and meaningful Jewish gatherings for their friends and families. By providing resources and support through a four session program, PJ PEER encourages parents to take an active role in building and nurturing the broader community while enriching their own Jewish experience. Women’s Network of TBT – Dinner in the Sukkah

Women’s Network of Temple Beth Tzedek is opening It’s October 22 program to all in the Buffalo community. Our “Dinner in the Sukkah“ will begin with an exciting collaborative program led by Dr. Yonina Foster and Cheryl Pleskow. Dinner in the Sukkah runs from 6:30-8:30 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Temple Beth Tzedek, 1641 North Forest Rd., Williamsville, NY 14221. Dinner will follow the speakers. The cost for dinner and program is $18, made payable to Women’s Network of TBT. RSVP to 716-838-3232. Dr. Yonina Foster is an ordained Rabbi, who currently works with Jewish family services as a Psycho-Social support specialist. Dr. Foster will open the evening with song and chant, to turn  shaking the lulav into a meditative and joyful experience, as we offer gratitude and see the fragility of life in the structure of the Sukkah. Through the gift of song and movement, we will connect ourselves to the earth and bring joy and blessings into the new year. Cheryl Pleskow M. Ed, is an American SAT certified teacher of Alexander Technique.
