Mobile Museums of Tolerance Open House

The Holocaust Education Resource Organization is hosting an open house for the Simon Wiesenthal’s Mobile Museum of Tolerance (MMOT). Fully funded by the New York State legislature, MMOT is a free, state-of-the-art traveling museum, the first-of-its-kind in New York. Utilizing innovative technology and interactive lessons, the MMOT offers immersive and engaging age-appropriate learning opportunities led by an experienced New York State educator. It provides state-standard and curriculum-aligned lessons for students in grades 5-12. PJ PEER (PJ Library Parent Engagement & Empowerment Resources) is a FREE innovative program designed to foster a vibrant network of micro-communities among parents raising young Jewish children throughout the Buffalo area. This initiative aims to empower parents to create engaging, welcoming, and meaningful Jewish gatherings for their friends and families. By providing resources and support through a four session program, PJ PEER encourages parents to take an active role in building and nurturing the broader community while enriching their own Jewish experience.
