On Thursday, September 19, we will celebrate culture, family, community, and the critical refugee resettlement support that JFS provides. A Hebrew word for beauty, balance and diversity, Tiferet is like a colorful tapestry formed through the blending of ethnicities, cultures, and languages that make up our community. This event is being hosted intentionally during Welcoming Week, a campaign for organizations and communities to bring together neighbors of all backgrounds to build strong connections and affirm the importance of welcoming and inclusive places in achieving collective prosperity.
