    America 250 Concert and Opening Celebrate 250 Years of Jewish Life in America Join the Jewish Museum of Buffalo on Thursday, August 27, from 6:00–9:00 PM for the opening celebration of America 250: The Jewish American Story, an evening honoring 250 years of Jewish contributions to the American experience. Guests will experience the debut of the museum’s new historical exhibition alongside Patrimony, a contemporary exhibition by Buffalo artist Noah Breuer. The evening also includes family-friendly art activities and a musical journey through American history—from the Revolutionary era to today—inside Temple Beth Zion’s world-renowned sanctuary, designed by American architect Max Abramovitz. Narrated by Buffalo broadcasting legend Rich Newberg, the performance brings together classical, folk, klezmer, jazz, Broadway, and contemporary music with historical readings and poetry, illuminating the enduring contributions of Jewish Americans to the nation’s cultural story.
