Join Zahava Fried as we delve into Torah trope, the melodic punctuation system used to read aloud from the Torah. This class will focus learning the names, purposes, and melodies of the t’amim (trope signs) for Shabbat. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to chant like a champ! Fun on a Sunday morning for pre-k kids and a grown-up! Parents and grandparents are invited to join Rabbi Brent and Jill Gutmann for an engaging, interactive, Jewish-themed gathering of Pre-K children and the grown-ups who love them. Doors open at 9:15 AM for Free Play in the gym. The little ones get out their wiggles on our riding toys and other tot-sized gym equipment. Both grown-ups and little ones enjoy the playful atmosphere and making friends. At 10 AM, we move to the Library for stories and songs, followed by some easy arts & crafts and a yummy snack.
