Women’s Network of TBT – Dinner in the Sukkah

Women’s Network of Temple Beth Tzedek is opening It’s October 22 program to all in the Buffalo community. Our “Dinner in the Sukkah“ will begin with an exciting collaborative program led by Dr. Yonina Foster and Cheryl Pleskow. Dinner in the Sukkah runs from 6:30-8:30 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Temple Beth Tzedek, 1641 North Forest Rd., Williamsville, NY 14221. Dinner will follow the speakers. The cost for dinner and program is $18, made payable to Women’s Network of TBT. RSVP to 716-838-3232. Dr. Yonina Foster is an ordained Rabbi, who currently works with Jewish family services as a Psycho-Social support specialist. Dr. Foster will open the evening with song and chant, to turn  shaking the lulav into a meditative and joyful experience, as we offer gratitude and see the fragility of life in the structure of the Sukkah. Through the gift of song and movement, we will connect ourselves to the earth and bring joy and blessings into the new year. Cheryl Pleskow M. Ed, is an American SAT certified teacher of Alexander Technique. Cheryl will demonstrate how this mind-body learning process offers a lens through which harmful patterns and habits can be identified and changed. Originally […]
