Alissa Rabach
February 16, 2024

This week, we shine our spotlight on Alissa Rabach, chair of MidLife Engagement at LiNK Jewish Buffalo. Alissa arrived in Buffalo from New York City to attend the University at Buffalo where she studied Art History and Arts Management. Over her career she worked for several arts and public relations organizations, including the Buffalo Jewish Federation. In 1997, upon completing her Degree in Interior Design, she launched her own business, Interior Makeovers.

“I enjoyed working in many different areas of Jewish Buffalo, and I’m excited to reengage with the Buffalo Jewish Federation through the new MidLife Engagement work,” Alissa shared. “Connecting to and with people over 55 with new experiences contributes to a vibrant Jewish Buffalo.  And I love connecting people with others where friendships can develop.”

Alissa has two daughters: Rachel (NYC) and Julia (Charlotte) and four beautiful grandchildren! She enjoys biking, hiking, Pilates, pickleball and skiing. Aside from her wonderful family, Alissa’s other biggest passion is serving as a Docent at the AKG since 2007.
