One of the best parts of Thanksgiving is the side dishes. But my favorite side dish is sweet potato casserole. Every year, I look forward to my grandma bringing her sweet potato casserole to my house and getting to put a layer of marshmallows on top with my sister.

While I don’t have the exact recipe that my grandma makes, I found a recipe that is like hers. To make this sweet potato casserole, you’ll need lots of sweet potatoes, pecans, marshmallows, and a few other ingredients. The casserole only takes 25 minutes to back, but make sure not to burn the marshmallows on top. Enjoy your sweet potato casserole!
