The cold weather has made me crave delicious, comforting food. And one of my favorite comfort foods is lasagna. So, this week we are making Spinach Ricotta Lasagna!

To make this lasagna, you don’t need to make the pasta beforehand. Instead, you build the lasagna and pour some water into the tray before baking. You can also easily reheat the lasagna for leftovers whenever you want! Enjoy your Spinach Ricotta Lasagna!
