Happy New Year!  As you read this, the year of 2020 will be behind you. While 2021 will no doubt have challenges of its own, the end of 2020 solidifies that even when it feels endless, time does indeed go on.

In honor of making it to a new year, we all deserve a treat. That is why this recipe is a delicious cocktail! A spiced apple cider and gin cocktail to be exact. This incredibly easy recipe is a great way to toast to a new year with those you love. You can make it with friends over Zoom or with the individuals you live with. In Judaism, we celebrate Rosh Hashanah with the sweetness of apples, so why not celebrate this second new year with a fun twist?
