Happy Chanukah! To help you get ready for your Chanukah celebrations, this week we are going to make dreidel cookies!
These are slice-and-bake cookies, meaning that there are layers of different colored dough rolled into layers and then sliced into cookies. On the inside, there will be a colored layer that will be cut into dreidel shapes with a cookie cutter. On the outside, there will be uncolored layer that will surround the dreidels. After you cut and then bake the cookies, you can use melted chocolate to write Hebrew letters on the cookies. Finally, you can put sprinkles on the edge of the cookies for a finishing touch. Enjoy your Chanukah cookies!
