This Quinoa tabbouleh with peas and mint was coined by none other than Jewish culinary royalty, Michael Solomonov, so we know it will be a crowd pleaser. The ingredients are either pantry staples or easily accessible, making this a dish you can whip up at any time. As the weather begins to get warmer and warmer, I can’t think of a better quick meal to enjoy outdoors than this one!
