With another Bills playoff game this Saturday, the Sabres season beginning, and Netflix continuing to release shows produced by Shonda Rhimes, we are all in desperate need of some good tv-time snacks. Luckily, I got you covered. This pita bread recipe (deemed “perfect” by the Nosher, and though I have yet to make it, I have no doubt it will live up to the title) is a fantastic way to combine everyone’s favorite pastimes: cooking, eating, and watching television.
The recipe has a two hour prep time and requires mainly pantry staple ingredients. Once baked to deliciousness, the pita can be enjoyed with a myriad of toppings, making it great for the whole family. A yummy treat that can fill up an otherwise dull afternoon with cooking and eating? Sign me up!
