I have always said, if you don’t go to bed excited to eat your breakfast the next morning, then you need to switch up what you’re having for breakfast. For some of you, that may mean a savory breakfast and for others, a sweet. But this breakfast I can guarantee will be a hit for both sides of the spectrum. It is a lemon ricotta pancake recipe and it is divine. Combining flavors that are as bright as the summer sun, you will be sure to have trouble falling asleep the night before you make this breakfast!
