This month we are delighted to cast a spotlight on the planning team for KOLOT Pro: Bringing our authentic Voices to Leadership. KOLOT Pro, developed and sponsored by The Center for Jewish Engagement and Learning, is a two-day leadership retreat for female identifying professionals who work full-time for an agency, institution, or congregation of Jewish Buffalo. The retreat will take place on October 18-19, 2021 thanks to the efforts of a diverse planning team led by Miriam Abramovich.  The team includes Molly Carr (JFS), Macie Clawson (Hillel), Jill Komm (Federation) and Rochie Shanowitz (Ohr Temimim). This group of five leaders have been working for many months to craft a set of learning and relational experiences that they hope will be both personally meaningful to participants and impactful to our greater community.
