Israeli salad is one of the most refreshing, easy, and satisfying dishes. Its simple and healthy ingredients create the ideal meal and are sure to make anyone’s meal time into a delicious time. But as we know, there are always ways to elevate recipes, and this Israeli Salad Ceviche does just that! The sushi grade tuna addition gives the salad a kick of protein, and the homemade corn tortilla chips give the salad the crunch we were missing. This recipe seems so tasty and attainable that I am having difficulty coming up with something witty or funny to say about it. It just is that good.
