This is an extra special Nosh of the Week. On Monday night, Macie Clawson – Springboard Fellow at Hillel – hosted a cooking class for college students. This was the first part of a series of cooking classes. As a student who loves to cook, I knew that I needed to sign up! This week, Macie taught us how to make a delicious soup.
Imagine walking into a room filled with college students and seeing them all eating a big bowl filled with vegetables. I know, it’s hard to imagine. However, Macie made it into a reality. She had college students chopping and sautéing vegetables and turning them into a healthy and hearty soup.
There are so many benefits to having this delicious soup. It is filled with nutrients and antioxidants. On a cold winter day, this soup is sure to warm you up and give you the comfort you crave. I urge you to try making this soup. Trust me, if a group of college students loved this recipe, you will too!
