Ann Marie Carosella is a researcher and psychologist with a PhD in Social Psychology. She is a past chair of HERO and an active member of Jewish Buffalo and currently serves on the board of the JCC. Ann Marie lives in Snyder with her husband Dr. Jeff Lackner.  They have two adult children, Rachel and Ben.

Marni Marciano serves as the Field Access Lead for Pfizer, where she helps families access crucial medications. Marni has held several key positions at LiNK Jewish Buffalo and was the most recent recipient of the Ruth & Milton Kahn Emerging Leadership Award. Marni and her husband Armand live in Williamsville with their two children, Max and Sylvie.

Armand Morrison is Vice President of Client Success for Innova Solutions. He is currently serving as chair of HERO, Buffalo’s Holocaust education and resource organization. Armand is a third generation Holocaust survivor and a passionate and dedicated member of Jewish Buffalo. He and his wife, Lori (owner/operator of Luscious by Lori kosher catering) have three adult children and four grandchildren.

Ron Sadler is a general dentist with advanced training in endodontics and fixed prosthodontics. He is the managing partner of Inspire Dental Group. Ron and his wife, Dr. Laurie Sadler, are co-chairs of the upcoming Federation trip to Portugal. Ron lives in Williamsville and enjoys spending time with Laurie and their three grown children, and two grandchildren.

Sonia Gellman Young is the Director of Marketing for Paul Young MD and a professional artist who teaches classes throughout Buffalo. Sonia is currently serving as President of Ohr Temimim Day School and is a past recipient of Federation’s Emerging Leadership Award and Women of Distinction Award. Sonia enjoys skiing, swimming, and running and lives in Williamsville with her husband Pinny and their children.
