Mussar is a Jewish path of contemplative practices and exercises that have evolved over the past thousand years.  Through Mussar, each individual works on their own personal self-directed curriculum in an effort to practice the way they want to be in the world.

Taste of Mussar
An introduction to the study and practice of Mussar.  We will look at how to recognize your personal ‘soul’ curriculum and how to use that curriculum as the basis for personal growth through exploring middot/traits of the soul.

Facilitator: Susan Schwartz
