The month of December can be tough for Jewish kids and their parents/grandparents. Their non Jewish friends/family have so many Christmas traditions that sometimes make our Hanukkah celebrations pale in comparison. For interfaith families, challenges may arise around the holidays and how to be respectful of religious and secular traditions from both sides of the family. How to navigate the month and these issues will be the topic of this conversation.
