An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 18, 2018

Have you wanted to read Biblical passages on your own but were confused by the many different translations available?  This 10-week course will introduce you to Biblical (classical) Hebrew and its unique grammatical structure and vocabulary.  Through a guided translation of Biblical passages and analysis of the text, you will gain a better understanding of the original writings.  Lilia Dolgopolskaia, MA, specializes in second language acquisition.  She is a lecturer for Biblican and Modern Hebrew at the UB Department of Jewish Thought.

Basic reading skills in Hebrew are a prerequisite.
