Bus ride provided to and from the JCC Benderson Family Building. Be a guest of the Martin family, and enjoy a one-hour tour of the main house’s gardens, grounds, and first-floor interior! Examine the history of Graycliff, from Wright’s design, and Martin’s time on the property, through today, while you explore the spaces used to entertain the family and guests. Additionally view a special art exhibit Finding Room, which is the first collaboration between the Curatorial and Public Art departments to take place outside of the Buffalo Albright Knox Gallery Art Museum campus. Enjoy lunch at SunCliff on the lake. Suncliff is rich in culture and blended in the arts. This historic mansion was built by the Schmidt and Schoellkopf families around 1914. Lovingly named ‘SunCliff Manor’ and often referred to, simply as ‘The Big House,’ they occupied this home on the Lake Erie shore for over 30 years.
