Chanukah Cooking Class

December 8 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join Michael Solomonov, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Zahav, for a virtual cooking class on some Chanukah favorites.
The menu includes Apple Shrub, Abe Fisher’s Potato Latke, Roman Artichoke with Arugula and Olive Oil Poached Salmon, Sfengi with Cinnamon Sugar.
Followed by a Zoom Talkback with Chefs Corey Kadish and Stephen Forman, co-owners of Thyme-N-Honey, a food consultant company specializing in teaching and demonstrations of classical and modern cooking techniques. Check out their website: buffalocookingclass.com
