There are people within Jewish Buffalo who’ve been minimized, marginalized, ignored, and excluded from Jewish spaces…let’s work together to ensure that this no longer occurs.
Join us to hear from thought leaders to develop shared language, skills, and action plans to create a Jewish Buffalo where all can feel a true sense of belonging.
If you are a volunteer or professional leader of a Jewish agency or congregation, or someone who wants to lead using Jewish values, the Belonging Conference is for YOU.

Belonging Conference - Rabbi Nikki DeBlosiKeynote Speaker – Rabbi Nikki DeBlosi, PhD
Rabbi Nikki speaks, teaches, writes, and officiates at the intersection of Judaism and belonging.  During her 8 years at NYU’s Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life, she built a culture of welcoming and celebrating difference. She holds a PhD from NYU, and a Masters and rabbinic ordination from the HUC – JIR. Rabbi Nikki conducts trainings on inclusion for Jewish institutions, writes on the cutting-edge issues of belonging in Jewish community today, and meets people “where they’re at”.
