September 12 – 15, 2019: Dr. Lisa Aiken, Ph.D.
Dr. Lisa Aiken has been a psychologist who works with individuals and couples for nearly 40 years, and has also given talks to diverse audiences in more than 250 cities on six continents. She is also a licensed Israeli tour guide and listed in 13 Who’s Who books, and has appeared on television and radio. She has authored/co-authored 11 books, including To Be A Jewish Woman, Guide for the Romantically Perplexed, The Art of Jewish Prayer, Why Me, God? A Jewish Guide to Coping with Challenges, and The Family Guide to Touring Israel. Her books have been translated into four languages.
December 16 – 18, 2019: Rabbi Pesach Wolicki
Rabbi Pesach Wolicki is an educator, writer, columnist, lecturer, public speaker and pro-Israel activist. In 2015, Rabbi Wolicki joined the staff of the Center for Jewish-Christian Understanding and Cooperation (CJCUC), where he serves as their Associate Director. He is a columnist for The Times of Israel, Charisma News, and Breaking News Israel and is an outspoken figure in the world of Jewish-Christian interfaith relations. He also served as the Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshivat Yesodei HaTorah in Jerusalem.
February 26 – 28, 2020: Rabbi Alan Haber
Rabbi Alan Haber is an educator, tour guide, speaker and writer living in Gush Etzion, Israel. He currently teaches on the faculties of Midreshet and Yeshivat Torah V’Avodah, Nishmat and Matan in Jerusalem. He is a freelance tour guide who works with groups, families and individuals, specializing in educational tours, and also works as a speaker and lecturer on various topics related to Torah study, Jewish education and Israel. Rabbi Haber is a writer, editor and translator for various Torah publications including the Koren Talmud Bavli.
May 12 – 14, 2020: Rabbi Yehoshua Grunstein
Formerly the Rabbi of the Beth Israel Synagogue in Halifax, Canada, Rabbi Yehoshua Grunstein serves as Director of Training and Placement at the Straus-Amiel and Beren-Amiel Institute of Ohr Torah Stone, which trains, places and offers ongoing support to a vibrant cadre of spiritual leaders who serve the Jewish world around the globe, to promote a Judaism based on Halacha, loving-kindness, professionalism and unity. Rabbi Grunstein also serves as an administrator of the rabbinical court for conversions, located in Gush Etzion, and is part of the founding faculty of the morning English speaking Kollel of Efrat. An experienced rabbi, mentoring Rabbis daily from around the Globe, sought out clergy for life-cycle events, writer and popular lecturer in Israel and around the world, he is the author of “Daven Your Age – An Adult Journey through the Daily Prayer Service” (Gefen, 2013) & “Beyond Routine-Turning Ritual into Meaningful Jewish Practice” (Urim Publishing, scheduled for June 2018,) and has over 1,000 recorded classes online in both Hebrew and English
