One week-ish into Passover, and I cannot stop thinking about pancakes. Random I know, as I don’t eat pancakes very often, but the restriction against them makes them all the more tempting. Luckily, I found the perfect antidote to my longing for chametz pancakes: Chremslach! These sweet, easy to whip together, and most importantly, KFP, pancakes are the best way to start your morning (or to energize you in the afternoon! I don’t make the rules!). They are filling and delicious, and dare I say it, good enough to even be made when Passover has passed over (see what I did there?).
