Happy September! Do you know what that means? It is time for school to come back in session. If there’s one thing that I remember about day-to-day life while going to school from kindergarten to 12th grade, it is that skipping a good breakfast is the worst idea. Typically, I would skip breakfast because I did not have the time to put something together to then sit and eat. So, what if we took away the preparation time and had something that you can take on the road. 

Overnight oats will solve all of the problems associated with eating breakfast before school starts. You will not believe how simple and easy it is. All you need to do is take a jar or container and pour in all of the ingredients. Mix it until it is evenly distributed and let it sit in the fridge overnight. You can add more or less liquid so that it is the texture of your choice. Then, in the morning, you have a delicious meal waiting for you that you can either sit and enjoy or take on the road! There are also so many different flavor combinations you can explore! So, will you be making overnight oats for your kids? After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
