This chicken schnitzel (accompanied by a crunchy salad because we are, of course, health gods and goddesses) is the perfect recipe for you. With just a few bouts of elbow grease (and some all-purpose flour, ground pepper, and celery), this classic Israeli dish can easily take shape in your home.
