Buffalo’s Annual Repair the Sea Reverse Tashlich International Waterfront Cleanup Sunday, September 29th, 2024 For thousands of years, in a ritual called Tashlich, Jews around the world have symbolically cast their sins into a body of water on the holiday Rosh Hashanah. For years humans have also been throwing their trash and debris into bodies of water.  Now let's take these sins out as a way to connect our spiritual and ethical values with environmental stewardship.
