Cacio e Pepe

Cacio e pepe is a traditional Roman pasta dish made with three ingredients: Pasta, Pecorino Romano cheese, and black pepper. While the ingredients are simple, you may need to adjust the proportions of each ingredient and the technique you use to prepare the dish to get the best results. It is also best to use fresh Pecorino Romano cheese that you grate yourself to prevent the cheese from clumping when you make the sauce. The recipe also recommends using butter, but feel free to skip this if you prefer to go a more traditional route with your cacio e pepe. Enjoy!
