While there is joy that comes with cooking a really complex, direction-heavy meal, there also is a sense of relief and calmness that comes with a simple, no-nonsense meal.  This instant pot chicken and gravy recipe falls in the latter.  With a prep time of 5 minutes and a cook time of 35 (meaning you are only doing work for 12% of the time), this is the perfect meal when you are in a rush and want a hearty, filling and yummy dinner.  While this specific recipe only works if you have an instant pot, you can use the same ingredients with whatever kitchen appliance you fancy to create a similar tasting dish.
