Like most of us, I have baked my fair share of banana bread lately. I have made “healthy” ones and ones with the intention purely to be tasty, but I have never made, or even heard of, a banana bread with chocolate, dates, and tahini. That is what this week’s nosh is, and I gotta say, I want to nosh on this!
This fun twist on a classic recipe is the perfect way to spice up your week. The bold flavors from the dates and tahini bring out a delicious dessert that I am sure you will have trouble putting down. The recipe is fairly easy, making it a great semi-mindless activity to break from looking at a Zoom screen or stressing about this week’s Buffalo Bill’s playoff game.
