One of my favorite fruits is bananas. I love the flavor, the convenience and how many kinds of desserts they can be made into. So, this week, we’re making banana bread! This recipe calls for Greek yogurt to ensure that the banana bread stays moist. You can also use sour cream or apple sauce to get the same effect. I recommend heating up the banana bread and putting a scoop of ice cream on top (this is my favorite way to eat banana bread) for a sweet dessert. Enjoy your banana bread!
